Usage
Alka 112 is suitable for food and beverage centres, meat processing plants, cheese and dairy facilities, breweries and distilleries, wineries, food packaging plants, kitchens, bakeries, and any commercial application requiring FDA hygiene standards.

Packaging:
Alka 112 is available in 24 Kg packaging, comprising 18 Kg of resin, 4 Kg of hardener, and 2 Kg of pigment
Storage Conditions:
Minimum of 12 months in unopened containers when stored free from frost
in dry conditions between 5°C and 30°C. Component B is classed as non hazardous for transportation.
Pot Life (at 25°C): Approximately 40-45 minutes
Cure Times:
- Initial Cure: 12 hours @ 25°C approximately
- Re-coatable: 2 days @ 25°C approximately
- Light Traffic: 3 days @ 25°C approximately
- Full Cure: 7 days @ 25°C approximately
Application Instructions:
Apply using a brush or roller by selecting the roller based on the desired finish
Cleaning of Equipment:
Before the mixed compound begins to harden, clean the equipment using xylene. Once cured, mechanical removal is necessary.
