ARDEX K301 is a levelling and smoothing compound for repairing and resurfacing internal and external concrete floors and ARDEX A38 screeds only. It can be used for filling, smoothing and levelling subfloors prior to coating, or installing tiles or other suitable floorcoverings. ARDEX K301 can also be used as a wear surface in workshops, domestic garages, storage areas, light commercial areas, courtyards and footpaths.
The main purpose of ARDEX K 301 is to provide a flat and smooth substrate for the application of flooring materials such as tile, carpet, vinyl, or wood. It is particularly useful when dealing with substrates that have minor surface irregularities, cracks, or spalling, as it helps create a uniform and level base for the flooring installation.
