Guide to Applying EPiC Industrial Enamel

Preparation Phase:

• To start, make sure surfaces are clean—no Rust, Oil, Grease, or anything else.
• If you're working on bare concrete, boost its texture using acid etching.

Application:

• Pick your tool: Brush, roller, or spray.
• Give the enamel a good mix before using it.
• Use a good brush and a tough sleeve for best results.
• How you apply it depends on the finish you want.

Thinning:

• If you're spraying, thin the enamel with 10% - 15% Nutech Mineral Turps.
• No need to thin for brushing or rolling.
• For bare concrete, thin the first coat by 20% - 25%.

Drying and Recoating:

• Industrial Enamel dries in just 25 minutes (at 25°C).
• You can recoat within 4 hours or after 24 hours.
• It gets super tough after 7 days.
