Application Guide:

Preparation:

Ensure a clean surface, free from lichen, moss, grease, oil, chewing gum, silicon, and other contaminants. Utilize Nutech Hypo  in accordance with the relevant TDS, Nu-EcoSafe Degreaser for grease and oil, and high-pressure water blasting for stain removal. Address non-structural cracking and surface damage with NuCourt Fill Coat.

Methods:

1. Squeegee Method:
   • Firstly, apply 1 coat of  Pro Coat.
   • Methodically, pour a windrow parallel to the court edge, apply even downward pressure, spread with the applicator, and allow to dry. Inspect and address irregularities.
   • Secondly, apply this product following the same method.
2.  Broom Method:
   • Initiate with the application of 1 coat of this product.
   • Methodically, spread with a stiff bristle broom, follow up with a soft bristle broom for a smooth finish, and allow to dry. Inspect and address irregularities.
   • Conclusively, apply  Pro Coat following the same method.

Note:

• Broom application typically utilizes 10% more coating material than squeegee application.
• For a top coat on pre-existing surfaces, refer to the TDS methods.
• For line marking, consult the NuCourt Line Marking.
