Diamond Grinding Plug Shapes

• Rectangle: Best for uncoated/bare concrete
• Arrow: Ideal for floors with clear and other light coatings
• PCD: Recommended for surfaces with tough adhesives, heavy coatings and other difficult materials

Concrete Floor Grinding Plug Bonds

• Extra Soft: Recommended for hard concrete typically characterised by high compressive strength, low porosity, and a dense, durable surface; i.e. hard burnt slabs and flat pan finishes
• Medium: Recommded for medium concrete typically has characteristics and strength that fall between soft and hard concrete
• Hard: Recommended for soft concrete typically has lower compressive strength, higher porosity, and less density; i.e. rain damaged slabs and abrasive surfaces

Diamond Flooring Grinding Plug Grits

• 80 grit: Used for polishing concrete where a clear coating will be applied
• 30/40 grit: Used to prepare, most substrates, for a variety of floor coating applications
• 16 grit: Used when a more aggressive grind is needed for preparation or for grinding down to exposed aggregate
