SURFACESHIELD® S is a waterborne biopolymer microfilm designed to protect surfaces from graffiti and pollution. It forms a temporary, sacrificial layer that allows for easy graffiti removal. By activating the microfilm with hot water, you can strip away both the graffiti and the coating, protecting the surface without causing damage. Once the graffiti is removed, you can quickly reapply SURFACESHIELD® S, eliminating the need for surface preparation or repainting.
IT offers an efficient solution for surfaces vulnerable to graffiti, such as public walls, car parks, and office facades. After graffiti removal, simply reapply the coating to restore protection without additional surface preparation.
You can remove graffiti by activating the microfilm with hot water for 15 minutes, followed by high-pressure water jetting. This method avoids damaging the surface and eliminates the need for chemical stripping or abrasive methods.
SURFACESHIELD® S creates an invisible, vapor-permeable barrier that doesn't change the appearance of the original surface. It also protects against water, grease, pollution, and graffiti while maintaining the asset's value.
This coating meets stringent VOC regulations, with a VOC level of less than 1g/L. The waterborne formula ensures safety and minimal environmental impact, making it suitable for various public spaces.
IT works on both porous and smooth surfaces, making it ideal for:
You can apply SURFACESHIELD® S using conventional, airless, or air-assisted spray equipment. To remove graffiti, activate the coating with hot water for 15 minutes, then remove it with a high pressure hot water jet. After graffiti removal, reapply the coating for continued protection.
